Peter serves as Vice-President / Executive Director of Bridges International.
Peter leverages 11+ years in project leadership to ensure global mission impact. He founded the BridgeCenter model in Rural Asia, dedicated to breaking generational poverty through spiritual, educational, and economic empowerment worldwide.

Jesiel “J” Madruga serves on the Executive Board of Bridges International.
As a minister and community leader, Jesiel has been serving in ministry from a young age, dedicating his life to transforming lives through faith and service. He spent many years in São Paulo, Brazil, working with children in poverty and developing programs focused on hope, education, and empowerment. Jesiel also has trained young people for missionary work and community impact, equipping the next generation to serve with purpose and compassion both locally and beyond.

Heidi serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Bridges International.
Heidi has served Jesus her whole life! She is a wife and mom to four, and owns her own business. She serves her church on the administration board. She has a heart for people, volunteering with Richland Pregnancy Center, local outreach ministries, and helping where she can at her kids’ school. Heidi desires to help spread God's love, whether locally or globally, by using the gifts and talents with which I have been blessed to do so.

Pastor Steve Burkahlter serves as the Pastoral Advisor for Bridges International. Pastor Steve also serves as Lead Pastor for The Way Church in Ontario, Ohio. With over 25 years of experience in pastoral and non-profit ministry and governance, Steve brings prayerful and insightful administrative, pastoral guidance, and oversight to the benefit of this organization's ministry and vision.
