Jan Ross

Jan serves as President of Bridges International. As a wife of nearly 55 years, with six adult children, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jan has spent her life serving others. She has served for decades as a short-term missionary as well as a pastoral advisor and mission developer in several countries. Her servant heart and years of dedicated non-profit leadership experience benefit the development and oversight of this Great Commission ministry for the glory of God alone!

Jesiel “J” Madruga

Jesiel is serving on the Executive Board of Bridges International. As a minister and community leader, he has been serving in ministry from a young age, dedicating his life to transforming lives through faith and service. He spent many years in São Paulo, Brazil, working with children in poverty and developing programs focused on hope, education, and empowerment. Jesiel also trained young people for missionary work and community impact, equipping the next generation to serve with purpose and compassion both locally and beyond.

Steve Bukhalter
Pastoral Advisor
Pastor Steve serves as the Pastoral Advisor for Bridges International, as well as Senior Pastor for The Way Church in Ontario, Ohio. With over 25 years of experience in pastoral and non-profit ministry and governance, Pastor Steve brings prayerful and insightful administrative and pastoral guidance and oversight to the benefit of this ministry. His passion for the lost, the neglected and forgotten, and destitute is unmistakable. His vision for The Way Church and Bridges International is one and the same: “that all might know Him and the power of His resurrection.”

Heidi Lyons

Heidi serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Bridges International. Heidi has served Jesus her whole life! She is a wife and mom to four, and owns her own business. She serves her church on the administration board. She has a heart for people, volunteering with Richland Pregnancy Center, local outreach ministries, and helping where she can at her kids’ school. Heidi desires to help spread God's love, whether locally or globally, by using the gifts and talents with which she has been blessed to do so.

Eric Lyons
Travel Coordinator
Eric serves as Travel Coordinator for Bridges International. He makes arrangements for mission outreaches, both short- and long-term. Because Bridges International believes strongly that the Bridge we build should be two-way, Eric facilitates travel from our field directors and their teams to the US, completing the circle of partnership in Kingdom work. We are very grateful for Eric’s labor of love as he juggles a busy home life with his wife and their four children, his responsibilities as an Elder at The Way Church, Children’s Pastor, and our Travel Coordinator.
