Amazed by God’s Provision

Sister Rebakah K. is a pastor’s wife just outside Tororo (Uganda). Her name was sent to us as a good candidate for the Poultry Farm project. Pastor

Pastor Ruth contacted us with information that she had identified Sister Rebakah to be a good candidate for the program. Once we learned of her needs and eagerness to build a business, we shared the need with our Church. Within a few days, $200 had been sent to Pastor Ruth to facilitate the beginning of Rebakah’s farm.

There was a lot of excitement in her family as well as their church for this new opportunity to feed the hungry and raise funds to provide for her own family. The birds flourished! Even more, this family loved the chance to grow their own poultry.

Rebekah is quoted as saying: “I am so happy for the poultry and what I need to do for the chickens. My younger children are excited about the eggs and the feathers. We thank you and the Lord for His provision.”

The Poultry Farms are reasonably priced at $200 covering all start-up costs. To date, we have provided for several farms to be set up in and around Tororo (Uganda). Partnering with Pastor Ruth of Smile Africa Ministries has been a source of great blessing to us AND to the orphans, families, widows, churches, schools, and more.
